Eric D. Reiser is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law, and the University of Michigan.
Admitted to the New Jersey Bar and New York in 2010, Mr. Reiser has received recognition as a Rising Star in Business Litigation by New Jersey Super Lawyers, a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of practicing attorneys in New Jersey. [1]
Eric has the distinction of serving as a judicial law clerk for both a federal bankruptcy judge in the United States District Court, and a Chancery judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey. These combined clerkships in federal and state court enable Eric to be an effective advocate for clients in foreclosure and bankruptcy related litigation.
In addition to handling residential and commercial foreclosures, Eric represents individuals and small to midsize business in a variety of commerical litigation disputes, including partnership disputes and closely held business disputes.
