Bankruptcy Creditors' Rights

Since 1991 Glenn R. Reiser has represented debtors and creditors in virtually all aspects of federal bankruptcy proceedings in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13.  Combining expertise in both bankruptcy law and New Jersey state law, Mr. Reiser is an effective advocate for property owners, mortgage lenders, successful foreclosure bidders, and tax sale investors involving distressed properties.

In addition, our associate Eric D. Reiser is a former judicial law clerk to a New Jersey bankruptcy judge who presently sits in Trenton.

In New Jersey the federal bankruptcy court is split into 3 districts - Camden, Newark and Trenton.  Our law firm covers all 3 districts of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of property owners, mortgage lenders, tax sale investors, and successful bidders at sheriff sales.

Our experienced bankruptcy counsel has helped numerous individuals and businesses in the complex area of bankruptcy law. Instead of having to hire two law firms - one to defend or prosecute a foreclosure case, and a second to act as bankruptcy counsel - our lawyers are competent in both areas.
